OVERVIEW BIOSKIN SCIENCE LLC provides Business-to-Business (B2B) digital marketing, advertising management, and consulting services. Because our services are entirely digital and consultation-based, no physical products are shipped to the client. This policy outlines how our services are fulfilled and delivered. 2. ONBOARDING & SERVICE INITIATION Upon successful processing of the initial payment or setup fee, the client will receive a welcome communication within 1 to 2 business days. This communication will include onboarding instructions and requests for access to the necessary digital assets (e.g., Meta Business Manager, website platforms, analytics tools). Service fulfillment timelines officially commence only after the client has provided all required access and necessary materials. 3. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL SERVICES & ASSETS Our services are delivered electronically through various digital channels: Ad Management & Infrastructure: Campaign setups, audience targeting, and optimizations are executed directly within the client’s designated advertising platforms or through our agency infrastructure. Consulting & Strategy: Delivered via scheduled video conferences, email communications, and shared digital documents. Digital Assets: Any custom creatives, copy, or structural assets developed by our team are delivered via secure cloud storage links, email, or directly uploaded to the client’s digital platforms. 4. REPORTING AND MILESTONES For clients on active monthly retainers, performance reports and strategic updates are delivered on a scheduled basis (typically monthly, unless otherwise specified in the client agreement). Delivery of ongoing campaign management is continuous throughout the billing cycle. 5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & DELAYS BIOSKIN SCIENCE LLC maintains strict fulfillment schedules. However, the timely delivery of our services is contingent upon the client's prompt cooperation. We are not liable for any delays in service delivery, campaign launches, or reporting resulting from the client's failure to provide timely feedback, necessary account permissions, or required business assets. 6.
